Kirkwood Camp powered by Matthew 25: Ministries has exciting news to share for our 2019 camping season. We are significantly lowering the cost of tuition (DETAILS HERE!)! 
  
We are so thankful for ABC/Ohio B.O.C.G. Camping/Youth Endowment Fund and the funds set aside solely for use to send campers to Kirkwood. We also know that many churches and associations in our area have allocated funds to assist families with their tuition costs. We appreciate your amazing encouragement and support of Kirkwood, and thank you for continuing to provide this benefit.  We also encourage each individual church to consider sponsoring a counselor or helping Kirkwood in a financial way to help continuing to allocate funds to help Kirkwood continue to offer these camps at these prices so no child misses out on summer camp. We truly hope this reduction in camp tuition along with the scholarships offered will allow for all American Baptist children and youth to attend their designated days/week at Kirkwood, as well as children and youth who might not have a church home-yet! We especially hope each camper will choose to invite their friends to experience the love of Christ through our amazing camp pastors, directors and counselors that are giving of their time and passion to share the gospel message with each camper. 
   
In addition to the lower tuition rates, we also are not requiring a deposit in order to register. We truly hope this makes it possible for all our children and youth to experience the GROWTH through camping at Kirkwood, including an amazing service opportunity to volunteer at Matthew 25: Ministries. Coupons will also still be available for those families that perhaps are not part of a church or just need a little extra help.

The mission of Kirkwood is to provide quality facilities for day and overnight camping in a place designed for connecting and growing with friends, renewing and enriching family and professional relationships, experiencing new and exciting activities and expanding knowledge of other lifestyles and living conditions. Kirkwood is a camp for life dedicated to providing encounters and experiences that assist children, youth and adults to grow in confidence, wisdom and their faith in God. 

HISTORY OF KIRKWOOD
Kirkwood has been providing ministry camps since 1963. Over their more than 50 years of service, Kirkwood has hosted numerous summer youth camps, adult and youth weekend retreats and mission conferences, as well as scouting events, band camps, nature hikes, family and business events.  
 
Kirkwood wishes to acknowledge the faithfulness and generosity of the many individuals and churches that have dedicated their time and talent to making Kirkwood a place that has shaped minds and made memories for over half a century.
 
Kirkwood is powered by Matthew 25: Ministries, a federally registered 501(c)(3) international humanitarian aid and disaster relief organization helping the poorest of the poor locally, nationally and internationally regardless of race, creed or political persuasion.
