Youth Ministry Leaders Gathering September 25

A special day is planned for youth workers (paid and volunteer) from among the churches of ABC/Ohio on Saturday, September 25, 2010  at the First Baptist Church of Sunbury.  The event will begin at 10 AM and end around 2 PM.  This will be a chance to share with others who minister among students.  There will be roundtable discussions, presentation of materials that work, highlights from your own ministry and planning for Dare2Share on February 4-5, 2011. 

The ABC/Ohio Youth Leadership Team is planning this event and it will be led by David Hirschler, Tabernacle Baptist Church, Chillicothe and Jeremy Spence, First Baptist Church, Hamilton.  Other members of the team are Dan Brown, First Baptist Church, Sunbury and Julie Deaton, Piqua Baptist Church.   Write this in ink on your September calendar and plan now to take part.  Invite other ABC/Ohio colleagues from your area to carpool with you.  You will be contacted again later this summer to share your plans for September 25 and with directions to FBC Sunbury.  To get involved and register for the Dare2Share lunch event on Tuesday, September 14 go to http://www.dare2share.org/theultimateroadtrip/.  It will get you pumped to excite your students!
