The ABC/Ohio Leadership Academy is designed to equip men and women for ministry enabling them to develop their gifts and skills for leadership within the local church.  ABC/Ohio is looking for active participants in their local American Baptist Churches to take part in the Leadership Academy to develop leadership skills to enhance our local congregations.
